Start Using a LankaSign Digital Certificate

For LankaSign Integrated Apps / New Integration Requirements

LankaSign allows third party applications to integrate with LankaSign CSP using the LankaSign API/HSM. LankaSign certified already integrated apps refer to third-party applications which are already integrated with LankaSign and are certified. You have the option of using the standard services and in most cases, customize the application according to your organization’s specific requirement. You can also integrate a new application with LankaSign and get it certified to extend its services.

Sole proprietary / partnership

Step 1: Download your main agreement
Step 2:Download Digital Certificate Application Form – LankaSign integrated apps
Step 3:Once you have completed filling user application form and the main agreement, Please submit those documents to helpdesk@lankapay.net along with the following documents. .

The following must be certified as true copies by the registrar of companies. Copies of these must be certified as true copies by the company secretary or an attorney at Law

  1. Certificate of Incorporation (Business Registration Certificate)
  2. Form 1, 40 or other equivalent as applicable
  3. Form 20 (if applicable only)
  4. Form 13 or other equivalent (if applicable only)
  5. Articles of Association
  6. Board resolution/ Extract or any other method according to the Company’s Articles of Association authorizing the signatory to si gn the Agreement according to LCPL format or a legally acceptable format (speak to your company secretary) or certified copy of Power of Attorney empowering the signatory/ ies to sign the Agreement Download
Other supporting documents:

  1. NIC / Passport / Driving License of the applicant (Each user) certified as a true copy by an Attorney at Law, an Attorney at Law cum Commissioner for Oaths or Commissioner for Oaths.

Banks

Step 1: Download your main agreement
